Systema is a hybrid martial art originally created by Soviet special forces. Today, Systema styles vary greatly between different schools.
Some schools of Systema contain rare/unique moves for things like rolling around the ground in a sophisticated manner, using novel weapons, and disarming weapons in a wide variety of ways. Combinations are often fluid from initially blocking an attack through to finishing the opponent on the ground.
